Jade understands the deep challenges that come with being unseen—how communities often face health disparities compounded by invisibility and under-resourcing. This reality has driven her passion to change the narrative.

With experience as a Performance Improvement Director, Executive Strategy Consultant, and board member advocating for affordable housing, early childhood development, and maternal health, Jade works tirelessly to amplify the voices of marginalized historically underestimated, communities. Her goal is to ensure these communities are not only seen and heard but understood and supported on their own terms.
